Description
The Z50 hydraulic sectional monoblock valve with float function is designed for reliable and precise manual control of hydraulic oil flow between the pump and the hydraulic actuator. A key feature of this version is the additional float position (FLOAT), which allows the connected hydraulic cylinder to move freely.
The section features A and B working ports with G 3/8" threads for connecting a hydraulic cylinder or another double-acting hydraulic actuator. The main pressure port P and return port T have G 1/2" threads.
The valve is mechanically operated by a lever. In addition to standard bidirectional cylinder control, the valve also features a float position. When the lever is moved into the float position, ports A and B are connected to the return line T, allowing the hydraulic cylinder rod to move freely in both directions under the influence of external forces.
The float function is particularly useful for implements that need to follow the terrain or ground surface during operation, as the hydraulic cylinder does not hold the implement in a fixed position when the float function is engaged.
