Description
A two-stage hydraulic gear pump provides fast hydraulic cylinder movement at low pressure and automatically switches to high-pressure operation when greater force is required. This design ensures faster operation and higher efficiency, making it an excellent choice for log splitters, hydraulic presses, and similar applications.
The pump is manufactured from high-quality materials – the housing is made of aluminium, while the front cover is made of cast iron, ensuring a long service life, high reliability, and excellent durability even under demanding operating conditions.
Under low load, both pump stages operate simultaneously, providing high flow and rapid hydraulic cylinder movement. Once the system pressure reaches the preset value, the low-pressure stage is automatically disengaged, and the pump switches to high-pressure operation to deliver the force required for the application.
