Description:
The R80 ECO manual hydraulic valve is designed to distribute and control hydraulic oil flow between the hydraulic pump and hydraulic consumers (cylinders, hydraulic motors, etc.). It is used in agriculture, construction, forestry and industry to control:
- single-acting cylinders
- double-acting cylinders
- hydraulic motors
- float function (depending on the version)
- other hydraulic consumers
The ECO version offers a more affordable alternative to the standard model while maintaining the same manufacturing quality, reliability and functionality.
Operation:
The valve is equipped with an adjustable pressure relief valve that protects the hydraulic system against overload. In the neutral lever position, oil flows freely through the valve. Moving the lever in either direction directs the oil flow to the connected hydraulic consumer, allowing control of a hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor. When released, the lever automatically returns to the neutral position, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Construction:
The R80 ECO is a monoblock hydraulic valve made from a high-quality cast housing, ensuring a long service life and resistance to wear. The internal components are precisely machined for reliable operation, even under heavy loads.
Connections:
The valve is equipped with standard hydraulic ports for easy connection to various hydraulic systems. It is suitable for use on tractors, machinery and other hydraulic equipment.
