General description:

The R40 ECO manual hydraulic valve is designed for distributing and controlling the working flow between the hydraulic pump and hydraulic consumers (cylinders, hydraulic motors …).

The hydraulic valve is used for various applications in agriculture, forestry, construction and industry, for controlling:

• single-acting cylinders

• double-acting cylinders

• hydraulic motors

• float function (depending on the version)

• other hydraulic consumers

R40 ECO valves are manufactured in a monoblock configuration with 1 to 7 sections. The ECO version provides a more cost-effective alternative to standard valves while maintaining comparable manufacturing quality, reliable operation and a long service life.

Operation:

All hydraulic valves are equipped with an adjustable pressure relief valve. In the neutral position (lever in the center), oil circulates through the valve. Moving the lever in either direction directs the oil flow to the connected hydraulic consumer, allowing hydraulic cylinders or motors to be controlled. When released, the lever automatically returns to the neutral position, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Versions with a float function allow free oil flow, enabling the cylinder to move freely or the attachment to follow the terrain.

Construction:

The R40 ECO is a monoblock hydraulic valve made from a high-quality cast housing. The internal components are precisely machined for a long service life, reliable operation and resistance to wear even in demanding applications.

The valve is equipped with standard hydraulic connections for quick and easy integration into a hydraulic system. It is suitable for use on tractors, working machinery, attachments and other hydraulic equipment.
